We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating affected services.
5. Resources and Fair Use
Each hosting plan includes defined allocations for resources such as RAM, CPU, and disk space. These limits promote equitable resource usage and help ensure stable service for all users.
Users are required to run their applications within the resource limits assigned to their servers. Excessive resource usage, efforts to circumvent those limits, or activities that adversely impact server performance may lead to temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination of the affected service.
Resource levels can differ by hosting plan and may be modified as needed to preserve platform stability and service availability.
6. Advertisements
Kocheng Hosting may place advertisements on its website and elsewhere across its platform to offset operational expenses and help keep its services available.
If and when enabled, third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdSense, may provide advertisements.
Third-party advertising providers may use cookies or comparable technologies to serve ads and evaluate their effectiveness, in accordance with their own privacy policies and the settings that apply.

7. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts and hosting services when users breach these Terms, participate in prohibited activities, misuse platform resources, or threaten the security or stability of our infrastructure.
For serious violations, security threats, or activities that could harm other users or our infrastructure, we may take action without providing advance notice.
If an account or hosting service is terminated, its associated data, such as server files and configurations, may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Users are responsible for backing up their important data. Kocheng Hosting does not guarantee data recovery following suspension or termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Kocheng Hosting offers its services without any express or implied warranties or guarantees, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant uninterrupted service, continuous availability, error-free performance, or that our hosting services will satisfy every user's individual needs.
Services may become unavailable because of scheduled maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure failures, network disruptions, or issues involving third-party providers.
Users understand that they use the services at their own risk and are responsible for keeping backups of important data.
9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms do not exclude or restrict any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

11. Payments and NusaWallet
Kocheng Hosting offers NusaWallet, an internal wallet system that enables users to keep a balance for transactions conducted on our platform.
Users can top up their NusaWallet balance using supported payment methods, such as QRIS. Third-party payment providers may process or verify these transactions.
Wallet balances may be used only for transactions within Kocheng Hosting, including the purchase or renewal of hosting services. NusaWallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or converted into cash.
Wallet balances will be updated once the payment is successfully received and verified. Users are responsible for confirming that their payment and transaction details are accurate.
If a transaction is unsuccessful or a payment cannot be completed, eligible funds may be returned to the user's NusaWallet balance following verification.
By submitting a payment or using NusaWallet, you accept these payment terms and understand that wallet balances may be used only for transactions within Kocheng Hosting.
